We've been loyal Ulmer's customers for 30 years, through a fleet of Toyotas and Acuras. Always friendly, knowledgeable, timely, accommodating and efficient. Free loaners and shuttle, if needed. Whether simple maintenance or repair, the work is always done correctly and at a fair price. These guys are very, very good at what they do.

My battery completely died. I needed an oil change and my brakes examined also. They came to my house, gave me a power jump to get me to the shop, courtesy ride home. Replaced the battery and kept the car overnight to complete a multi-point inspection and maintenance without a previous appointment. Told me my brakes were still good and to wait awhile to service them. Good price, and best customer service I have ever seen.Update February 2025. Just had new tires and oil change. Ulmer's Anderson continues to be my go-to for both my cars. Not the cheapest, not the fastest, simply the most reliable, competent, cooperative--the best.

We have been using Ulmers in Anderson for years. Highly recommend. We have older cars they help keep them running. We just had tires put on two of our vehicles and engine mounts another. They are always honest, friendly and timely. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for us.

I've NEVER met kinder, hard working people! Steve's customer service is INCREDIBLE! My life depends on my car and when something is wrong with my car my life falls apart quickly! The Ulmers's Anderson team, specifically Steve, offers excellent service. Recently, my relatively new van had an issue with the battery. Steve went over and above to help me out - even personally traveling to my house to address the issue. As background, we have been having our cars serviced at Ulmer’s Anderson for years. Steve and his dedicated team works closely to ensure the work needed is completed in a professional and timely manner. This includes being priced fairly. Bumper to Bumper service. I needed wipers and it was found my back rear right break pad was coming apart. Not wanting to spend alot of money, but I guess you do need brakes. So those were replaced. I also discussed the disappointment in the condition of one of my tires, I purchased all 4 of my tires with Ulmer's, and one tire had a gouge on it that scared me driving on the hwys. So they were able to come to a solution, so I could feel confident in Ulmer's product and service, and feel safe on the roads again. Thank you for listening to my concern and working with me!!

Ulmers always does such a great job and they back their service with guarantees. I recently had some brake work completed and unfortunately they continued to squeak...without hesitation they asked us to bring car back and no questions asked completed work that remedied the issue. Been coming to Ulmer's for my cars for over 20 years, as long as I've been driving (and my Dad did even before then!) They've always done a great job, being very forthright and helpful.Heck, when I first started coming here, one of the owners (Bryan Kauffeld) was working the desk and answering the phones. Great guy, always very nice, always remembered both my name *and* what cars I had. When my very First car broke a driveshaft (?!) and I was a bit depressed by the repair cost, he noticed and helped a bit by offering to show me the broken driveshaft.He and the current staff have also both had a tendency to give me the value of whatever coupons were on offer, even if I didn't present them (or ask about it!) Even maybe one or two times when I didn't technically qualify. *cough*All in all, a great shop that does great, honest work.

Five star service every time. Expect the best, get the best, every time. Did I mention fair pricing………every time. I have taken my vehicles to Ulmers for several years now. The first experience with them was I came in saying I needed new brakes, as soon as they said “no you don’t, there is plenty of life left in them”, I became a customer for life. Even recently my car battery drained for no reason and they did all the testing for me complimentary as they were unable to find the issue. All I paid for on that visit was an oil change. Premium service at its finest
