I really appreciate the friendliness, honesty, and affordability at Ulmer’s. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and asked if at 60,000 miles they recommended any other services. After going through a full car inspection, they recommended not to do anything because the fluid inspections all came out really clean. They SAVED me over $1000 had I gone to the dealership. I believe I have found a new place to bring our vehicles for future service needs.

I was on my way home from Cincinnati when my tire light came on and tire pressure kept dropping. I stopped at Koi Auto Parts and they called Ulmer to see if they could help me. Highly recommend- not only was it modernized with scheduling but also explained terms to me & not make it seem like mansplaining ( honestly I had no idea what the term met but it was explained without making me seem stupid). The work was completed fast and they immediately took care of an Issue after I picked up my car the first time. The MOST important thing for me is I take my dog with me everywhere due to his genetically predisposition anxieties. They did not seem irritated & less friendly because of it.

Frank did a good job on sharing the process and updates. Ulmers provides a digital report on everything that needs attention. Great tool. Rebuilding a transmission was expensive but they did a good job. Thank you for the quick repair.

2005 Toyota Tundra - I Had other people and shops look at it and could not figure the situation out. These guys figured it out. No crank No start fixed, Melted cables all around fixed, new Ecm. Truck runs amazing now. I know it’s a bit early and it Has been 2 weeks but no issues. Before, it would turn on for a couple days and shut off with no cranks for weeks. This Big boy turns on every time now. Thank you guys and If I ever need a pro shop I’m considering this place first.

This was my first time going to Ulmers auto care. This was hands-down the best experience I have ever had. I have been going to a quick oil change business for several years and just feel that I am not always getting what I am supposed to be getting for the money. This was not the case with Ulmers. The price was more than reasonable, and the inspection was top notch with pictures for references. I left, knowing that my vehicle was thoroughly gone over and any safety issues were addressed. I will recommend Ulmers to anyone who needs a good trustworthy Business to handle their vehicle.

Timely and honest! Didn't try to milk any unnecessary money out of me. Even told me the one thing that showed on the inspection is something that can wait a couple years, so that if I take it elsewhere, I know to tell them 'no' when they suggest getting it repaired/replaced.

Great experience and within walking distance of my home which I really love so I did not have to tow. Very informative about my future with my present car and good advice about shopping for another one in the future. It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. I am very done with Tire Discounters as a new year resolution and love avoiding the expensive "honest?" dealership. Thanks guys!❤😇God Bless your business.

I had gotten an estimate for another garage before going to transmission pros. The other place told me my clutch and transmission were bad with a quote of $7,500.00. Transmission Pros replaced my clutch and my transmission was checked and it was fine. My bill was only $2,200.00. I will never go to the other place again. The employees at Transmission Pros were knowledgeable and friendly. My advise to you don't waste your time going to some place else. Go to Transmission Pros where you are treated fairly and they actually know about cars.

I had just got my truck I just bought inspected and serviced here. I would say the people you talk to are very friendly and understanding everytime I've called them or they had called me for an update. I mentioned I wanted it back before the snow had hit this year and no matter who had called me for an update they had mentioned that they are working so hard to get it back to me in time before the snow so I felt like I was heard as a person. They kept me updated on what all they were working on. Over all they did a wonderful job the truck drives amazing. I would most definitely go back here and I've already recommended these guys to a few people. I just want to say thank you guys for your hard work you guys did amazing. I also wanted to mention for my inspection they had pictures of everything that was concerning so I didn't feel robbed like they were just trying to get me to fix all these crazy things. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle in. I'll be back for sure!

Frank and Wesley demonstrate what true customer service is all about. Took my son’s car here for his intermittent brake issues after purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Wesley went above and beyond to get this vehicle looked at with their busy schedule and after thoroughly flushing the brake fluid, retracting all calibers and re-bleeding the system of any potential air, the car is working as designed. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here in the future.

Customer service is great. Length of time was very fast for getting in part and fixing problem. Haven't seen any leaks since. Actual bill was less than quote, Always a Plus. Vehicle running better now then when I purchased it. Will definitely come back for any other issue that may arise. Highly recommend Pro Transmission.
