I was having some issues with my jeep overheating. Brandon Bishop the service manager told me they would bring my jeep in and do a full inspection. Not only did they find the issue and repair it with genuine Jeep parts, the repairs were fast and efficient at a good price. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle for free which was a first for me. I will certainly be back. Thank you so much for the great service.

They did some work on my vehicle and one of the things that I had them look at for me was a tire that was going low. They clean the rim up and tried to seal it. And I thought they had it in a couple dayslater and went low again, just I took it back in they took it apart and they actually found that there was a hole in the tire, but um they fixed it. And they would not take any money from me. They said that it was on them, and I thought that was really decent of them i will keep bringing my vehicle back to them

Great customer service; always has been. Next time, I'll try scheduling an appointment or maybe using their drop-off & pickup service. Real good work. They look over the car and only suggest what is really needed, no extra stuff.

Wow! Ed was great to work with at the Loveland Ulmer’s location. Although my situation was a tough one, he didn’t give up. He searched different locations, websites, states, and parts companies. He’d provided frequent updates regarding the needed (and “rare”) part and then the price was just what he had quoted. Highly recommend Ulmers of Loveland.

Ulmer's Loveland has served me well after purchasing a high mileage used vehicle that needed full inspections. My first time there went great. They got me in for an oil change and all went well. They alerted me of a possible issue that they heard at start up and recommended a diagnostic appt. Later people also thought there could be an issue as I started my car-- so I got it in asap to a different place and there WAS a big problem with the alternator which was "about to self destruct" as they put it! SO - THANK YOU Ulmer's for helping me pinpoint a problem I didn't know I had! (It was NOT obvious to my husband or myself when we listened at startup but was obvious to those who knows cars). I will definitely be back.

Great service! Ulmer's got me in quickly, sent me pictures of everything that was to be repaired with the cost within a couple hours and had my vehicle completed in 24hrs. Front brakes, rotors and some other items were completed at a great price with great service in a very timely manner!

I have used Marcotte's for years. I used them as the fleet service location when I handled the Police fleet for the city. They are fair and they are locally owned and operated. Quality work, reasonable prices and honor their warranty, etc. Perfect? No but then neither am I and they always make things "right".The new management is amazing and the service is great.I highly recommend then to everyone...Great work, fair prices, prompt service...

Very courteous and helpful. Did a great job! This was my first experience, and I will go back! The receptionist went above and beyond answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. He explained everything in detail, and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this company for any auto needs. I was having trouble with my ignition where it would delay a few seconds before it started up. A took it to a Honda dealer and ask them to check it out to see if something was wrong. After hours of checking, they said they didn’t find anything wrong, but the problem continued to get worse and worse.After a couple of weeks, one morning when I tried to start the car and it wouldn’t start for about 10 seconds, I took it to Ulmer‘s and asked them to check it out to see what was wrong. They did a number of diagnostics on the car and found the problem, fixed it, and gave me back the car in a couple of days. Now the car is starting like it’s brand new. I appreciate what Ulmer’s did what a Honda dealer couldn’t do. They’re gonna get the majority of my business in the future.Thank you Ulmer’s!

Went for an oil change coupon, they were able to do it on short notice and were easy to work with. I felt like they cared not only about my car, but also me as a customer- their courtesy inspection gave the solutions to the problem I've been having with my car without pushing me to buy it. When they found that my tire treads were dangerously low, they were able to replace then the same day. They'll be my default choice from now on.

I bad Ulmer’s do a pre purchase inspection in a vehicle I was buying from Queen City Motors. I was a little concerned that I was going to receive a biased report based on the fact these two companies are neighbors but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience. I did everything remotely and Ulmers and Queen City coordinated everything except getting the appointment set up. Then I was sent a report, given some time to review it and received a call from Ulmers later that day and they went into detail about everything on the report. It was a great experience overall and made me feel like I had made the right choice in getting my service done there. They made it simple to pay and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend Ulmers to anyone who is interested in using them for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle.
